Dedicated Thermal Systems Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Thermal Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have expertise in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and numerical analysis, including understanding numerical computation methods for nonlinear equation groups. This role requires a strong background in programming languages such as Python, Modelica, C++, Fortran, or related languages. The ideal candidate will also have experience in designing or applying HVAC/R or power plant equipment. Besides technical skills, the ability to collaborate across functions and think independently while working effectively in a team environment is crucial. About this Role Develop state-of-the-art calculation platforms to drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs from diverse perspectives. Provide thermal engineering expertise, working with optimization engineers to develop advanced algorithms that assist sales teams in providing optimal solutions to customers. Requirements A Master's or Ph.D. degree in Thermal Engineering or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience. Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and numerical analysis. Programming experience in Python, Modelica, C++, Fortran, or related languages. Experience in designing or applying HVAC/R or power plant equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
