Maintenance Team Lead

Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics, automotive, or mechatronics engineering and at least 5 years of experience in similar positions. Key responsibilities include: Managing and maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Overseeing the installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve processes. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and reduce costs. Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor's degree in electronics, automotive, or mechatronics engineering. Proficiency in PLC control systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens) and Industry 4.0 technologies. Experience with ammonia refrigeration systems, boilers, cooling towers, water treatment plants, air compressors, TPM, and electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic engineering. Knowledge of food industry regulatory systems, ISO standards, and the ability to read and interpret diagrams, plans, and technical drawings. Excellent communication and project management skills.
