Strategic Financial Liaison

Job Overview We seek a seasoned professional to fill the role of Financial Business Partner, supporting local plant cluster and capability cluster leads in Orizaba, Mexico. Foster data-driven decision making through strategic resource allocation. Lead financial steering of local operations towards established commitments. Develop and manage cost and resource plans, forecasts, and actuals analysis for local operations. Support finance-specific projects and capital expenditure initiatives. Collaborate with Product Team & Capability Cluster Finance BPs. Member of the Site Leadership Team Position. Responsibilities Serve as Financial Business Partner to local plant cluster and capability cluster leads. Lead financial steering of local operations. Develop and manage cost and resource plans. Support finance-specific projects and capital expenditure initiatives. Requirements MBA or equivalent university degrees in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or Accounting. Experience in PS Finance is advantageous. Language: Fluent in English and Spanish. Advanced ERP / BI knowledge and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Decision-making skills and ability to influence. Agility and flexibility to adapt plans in a volatile environment. Courage and diplomacy to balance financial and operational interests. Excellent communication skills and experience in people management. VACC leader. Business partnering skills. Ability to manage diverse perspectives or conflicts.
