Strategic Financial Partner

Job Description As a strategic financial partner, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes and resource allocation for local plant clusters. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial steering of operations, ensuring they meet their commitments. This involves cost and resource planning, forecasting, and actuals analysis to inform business decisions. You will also support finance-specific projects, such as restructuring, portfolio changes, make-or-buy assessments, and capital expenditure investments, working closely with cross-functional teams. A strong team player, you will collaborate with leadership members to drive business growth and contribute to the success of our organization. We are seeking an experienced professional with an MBA or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. You should have at least 5 years of experience in Controlling and/or Accounting, with experience in process finance being advantageous. Key skills include fluency in English and Spanish, advanced ERP/Business Intelligence knowledge, and excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. You must be able to influence decision-making and balance financial and operational interests.
