Cable Production Manager

Job Title: Production Director ">About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned production leader to oversee all plant operations, focusing on high-quality data and signal cable manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production processes, ensuring adherence to automotive quality systems and product validation cycles. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data cable structure, impedance control, and testing protocols, as well as strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement skills. ">Key Responsibilities: Manage the production process, prioritizing data communication cable lines, shielding techniques, and extrusion precision. Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to support product validation and industrialization of new data cable types. Lead and develop multidisciplinary teams with experience in data cable manufacturing, high-precision processes, and quality-critical operations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or Materials Engineering preferred). Master's Degree or Lean/Six Sigma Certification is a plus. 10+ years in manufacturing leadership roles, with at least 3–5 years specifically in data or signal cable production.
