Objective: Carry out the necessary activities for the continuous standardization and control of the methods, machinery, materials, and labor required in the production systems Moving, Exterior, and Interior of current and future models, while maintaining compliance with the plant's KPIs in a healthy work environment aligned with KIA Mexico's vision.
