Reporting to the Production Manager, you asProduction Superintendentwill be responsible for supervise daily activities of a large production team to ensure that volume, cost, and quality targets are achieved. Input provided on the development of processes and procedures for continuous improvement; identifies areas of improvement within the team. Coordinates work schedules, staffing requirements, and training requirements to maximize productivity. Has accountability for the performance of the team. About the Job:Coaches and manages the daily work activities of a production team; has accountability for the performance of the team.Identifies areas for development and recommends way to improve processes.
