Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor supervises daily activities of a small to mid-sized quality team to ensure that quality standards are met or exceeded for raw materials and finished product. Manages work activities, monitors status of projects, and serves as an escalation point for questions. Oversees processes and budgets to mitigate risk and ensure production metrics complies with Littelfuse standards. Trains team members and contributes to performance evaluations. Has accountability for the performance of the team. Day Shift 4 on, 3 off. Thursday - Sunday About Your Role: Coaches and manages the daily work activities and may have accountability for the performance of the team. (50%)Identifies areas for development and recommends way to improve processes. Leads any changes that affect the team processes. (30%)Assists the team with difficult or complex concerns; acts as an escalation point of contact. (10%)Trains team members and provides input to performance reviews. (10%)Other duties as assigned. About You: Education: High school diploma or equivalentAssociate degree, two year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferredBachelor or university degree a plusExperience :Two to five years of experience with at least one year at a supervisor levelKnowledge of general accounting practicesExperience with global manufacturing companies preferredAdvanced knowledge in MS OfficeStrong analytical skillsStrong communication skillsHigh attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr
