Quality Assurance Specialist The Quality Assurance Specialist develops and implements strategies to drive customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include: Leading problem-solving efforts related to customer complaints. Providing exceptional service to visiting customers, ensuring follow-up actions are completed. Maintaining the customer portal, ensuring seamless communication. Conducting proactive visits and tracking customer interactions. About Your Role You will be responsible for implementing quality improvement initiatives that meet or exceed customer expectations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required. A minimum of five years' experience in quality assurance, preferably with global manufacturing companies. Knowledge of industrial processes and familiarity with quality systems (ISO / TS). Familiarity with statistical software and core tools. Advanced knowledge in MS Office. Strong analytical, communication, and attention to detail skills.
