Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, data analysis or related roles. Strong analytical and reporting skills with expertise in using HRIS or reporting tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Able to handle sensitive information discreetly.
