Review Post Cast Scrap daily- address root cause. (With Eng. And/or Quality)- Attend Tier 2 Post Cast Meeting.- Gemba Walks.- Schedule And Facilitate the Cross- Functional Team Meetings.- Create action list to improve MSAT Score.- Work items on the MSAT action list throughout the week.- Work to meet process management deployment dates.- Report out deployment status of process management to leadership.- Attend monthly Post Cast Process Owner meeting.- Complete MSAT (Manufacturing self-assessment Tool)- Report Out BU Process Owner on MSAT y Process Management Status.- **Education**- This position requires a minimum of and bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- **Skills and Abilities**- Writer and interpretation manuals and procedures.- Knowledge AS9100 requirements.- Necessary to speak and write English 60%.- Self-starter requiring a minimum amount of supervision.- Good ability to work with others and a genuine interest in being part of a team.- Leadership and capacity to work under pressure.- Knowledge continuous improvement.- **Experience**- This position requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
