Seize the opportunity and experience the spirit of a global enterprise with exciting projects and exceptional development opportunities.Our Americas region is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Warehouse Coordinator for a role based in Puebla, Mexico.The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and ensuring the plant’s internal logistics through the definition, implementation, and enforcement of operational controls, guaranteeing the proper storage, control, and timely supply of production materials, pre-series materials, and containment runs. This includes the effective internal management of returnable packaging, as well as the proper handling of engineering changes, minimizing scrap impact due to operational causes and ensuring full material traceability from receipt, storage, line feeding, and final disposition. All of this is carried out under a Just In Sequence (JIS) model, in compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, safety regulations, and Motherson SAS policies.Responsibilities:Lead warehouse safety and compliance with internal and customer logistics requirements.Define, implement, and sustain warehouse procedures, documentation, and operational controls.Manage internal logistics under JIS, including material flow, stock control, inventories, and KSK.Ensure SAP/WMS accuracy, traceability, and inventory reliability across receipt, storage, and supply.Maintain correct stock levels using Kanban, FIFO, and supermarkets; prevent shortages and obsolescence.Control pre‑series, suspect, damaged, and change‑affected materials; manage ECR impacts and dates.Drive scrap root cause analysis and actions to minimize logistics disruptions and production risk.Manage returnable packaging, waste, and equipment uptime; prevent loss, damage, or misuse.Control budgets, purchase orders, resources, multiskilling, and job rotation to GAP standards.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.5+ years in internal logistics within automotive JIS environments.Experience in material handling, transport, and forklift operations.Team leadership experience, including unionized environments.Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP, WMS).Knowledge of Formel‑Q, VGC Platform, IATF 16949, ISO 9001Fluent English, Mexican Sign Language a plus.What we offer:A pleasant working atmosphere, with good career opportunities.Build knowledge with varied and exciting assignments.We show our commitment to our people via the following values:✓ Interest for each other: We act with empathy and care about each other and our counterparts.✓ Togetherness: We work together collaboratively and selflessly.✓ Trust: We say what we mean, keep our promises, and treat others with respect.✓ Respect: We respect and value people of all backgrounds.✓ Enthusiasm: We are curious, ambitious, passionate, humble, and life-long learners.
