Head of PMO: Lead Our Global Agile Transformation in Puebla! We are looking for an Executive-level leader to head our Project Management Office (PMO) and drive our Global Agile Transformation. If you are passionate about operational excellence and have a proven track record in scaling Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, DevSecOps), we want to hear from you! The Impact You Will Have: You will be the strategic engine for the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies across the entire organization. Lead the Agile Transformation strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage the Agile Project Portfolio (APM) and efficient resource allocation. Foster a culture of continuous learning and Agile coaching. Implement DevSecOps work teams for software delivery excellence and governance. Establish KPIs and metrics to measure Agile success. Be the key figure for the selection of Agile tools (Jira/Confluence). What You Need to Apply: Senior Experience: Minimum 10 years in project management, with 5+ years leading organizational Agile transformations. Mandatory Certification: CSM, CSP, or equivalent Agile certification. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and experience with tools like Jira and Confluence. Leadership: Strong communication, mentoring skills, and the ability to develop business plans. Language: Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
