Human Resources Analyst

Our facility located in Puebla, MX is looking for a results-driven HR Analyst to strengthen and support our key HR processes, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Support the digital transformation of key HR processes to improve efficiency, accessibility, and compliance. Manage customer-required permits and approvals related to operational activities (e.g., mobile equipment uses, site access, etc.). Manage operational HR including: Oversee uniform distribution and inventory control. Create and manage purchase orders for HR-related services and supplies. Coordinate and control transportation and taxi services for employees. Manage canteen and coffee break services, ensuring service quality and cost-efficiency. Oversee the company vehicle fleet, including usage tracking and maintenance coordination. Source and purchase training programs in line with employee development needs. Support the digitalization of HR processes, such as onboarding, job descriptions, and internal documentation. These responsibilities are not limited to the tasks listed above; additional projects or initiatives may be assigned based on business needs and HR priorities. Profile: Background in digital HR process transformation, with an understanding of automation and compliance. Hands-on experience managing operational HR and coordinating across departments. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail. Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry. Experience working with unions and fostering positive labor relations. A service-oriented mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving. Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken).
