Technical Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Specialist to support engineering and production activities. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on technical support, improve production processes, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in line with automotive industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise to support daily operations in manufacturing processes Create and modify CNC programs (lathes, milling machines, machining centers). Program and configure industrial robots (e.g., KUKA, ABB, Fanuc, Yaskawa). Optimize machining and robotic operations for quality and efficiency. Read and interpret technical drawings and CAD models. Collaborate with local and global engineering and production teams during process implementation. Troubleshoot machine and manufacturing processes Qualifications: Ability to be self-directed, working without any immediate supervision Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in a technical or engineering support role within an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes such as stamping, injection molding, machining, or assembly. Familiarity with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, etc.). Proficient in technical drawing interpretation Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar).
