Job Description The Motherson Group is a leading provider of full system solutions to the global automotive industry, serving multiple sectors including rolling stock, aerospace, medical, IT, and logistics. We are looking for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to join our team in Puebla, Mexico. Lead project management for internal processes, full-scale project execution, and new project industrialization. Manage CAPEX planning and execution and oversee the Maintenance Area. Oversee Engineering Change Management (ECR/ECO), including cost, BOM, and material planning. Coordinate model changes, pre-series vehicles, and SOP/EOP phases, serving as the main customer interface for technical assembly issues. Develop, implement, and audit manufacturing processes, conducting Process and Equipment FMEAs. Perform failure analysis and evaluations, monitoring statistics from E-checks and PLC data; participate in ergonomic assessments. Responsibilities: In addition to the above responsibilities, the successful candidate will be required to contribute to the Plant Improvement Plan and define/achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) to support action prioritization.
