Talent Development : Develop and empower all plant employees, including managers and professionals. Succession Planning : Prepare a strong succession plan to ensure continuity. Requirements: Proven Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in production management and lean manufacturing. Team Leadership : Proven track record of successful team management, leadership, and coaching skills. Financial Acumen : Ability to build and manage a profit-and-loss budget with finance knowledge. Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Cultural Awareness : International mindset and results-oriented approach. Education : Preferably Master's Degree in Engineering or Production Systems.
