We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive issue resolution and effective communication. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. Provide accurate and timely information about products, pricing, and availability, using your knowledge and expertise to build trust and credibility with customers. Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer needs, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. Enter data accurately and efficiently into various platforms, maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail. Qualifications A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or field. Exceptional phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and exceeding customer expectations.
