What will you do in this role? You will be responsible for managing all customer service activities, ensuring smooth execution of internal and external processes to meet customer demand. Your focus will be on guaranteeing efficient deliveries, maintaining clear communication, and resolving any issues that impact the customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily operations of key accounts, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs. Coordinate material deliveries, manage warehouse appointments, and confirm in SAP. Oversee inventory of finished goods, components, and raw materials, optimizing turnover and working capital. Collaborate with the Planning team to prioritize urgent needs without impacting operational efficiency. Keep demand information updated (forecast, orders, deliveries) to ensure smooth processes. Organize transportation of finished goods and ensure proper documentation in the system. Receive and channel customer claims, providing clear and timely responses. Promote compliance with policies, quality standards, safety, and continuous improvement. What we are looking for: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, International Business, or related. Experience: 1–2 years in similar positions.
