We are hiring: Commercial Lead – BOP Payroll Division At Out Helping , we are expanding and looking for a driven, strategic and results-oriented Commercial Lead to join our BOP Payroll division, which specializes in professional payroll management services. This person will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, following up on leads generated through marketing efforts, and leading prospects through the entire sales cycle until project implementation. To lead the commercial development of the BOP Payroll division by generating new opportunities, converting leads into clients, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful project launch. Key responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads: Actively prospect new clients through cold calling, client visits, networking, and marketing strategies. Follow up on digital leads to convert them into long-term clients. Conduct client meetings: Present our payroll service in a consultative and solution-oriented manner, identifying business needs and offering tailored proposals. Prepare proposals and close deals: Develop commercial proposals, lead negotiations, and ensure a successful close that supports long-term business relationships. Coordinate new project launches: Work hand-in-hand with operations, project management, and continuous improvement teams to ensure seamless project implementation. Collaborate with the marketing team: Provide feedback and align on materials, messaging, and lead generation strategies to support business goals. Track performance and report results: Monitor sales KPIs, lead conversion rates, revenue projections, and prepare regular performance reports. Represent the division at strategic events: Attend forums, business events, and meetings to position BOP Payroll as a trusted and experienced payroll services provider. Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development Experience selling services (preferably payroll, HR, or business solutions) Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems Strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a collaborative approach We look forward to connecting with you.
