We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented temporary team member to support our operations during the (TJC) season. This role provides practical, hands-on exposure to supply chain and operational processes, with an emphasis on documentation, system accuracy, and cross-functional communication. The position is ideal for someone with a background in administration, supply chain, and logistics, looking to contribute meaningfully in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and register Proof of Delivery (POD) documents in internal systems. Create Sales Orders (SOs) and Internal Transfer Requests (ITRs) for virtual stock movements between depots and packers. Prepare and distribute ITR lists for scanning and data upload purposes. Organize and submit finalized ITRs to Accounting, sorted by customer, to ensure timely and accurate billing. Maintain and update the PAB Tracker to reflect processed items and billing handoffs. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure timely flow of documentation and data. Conduct routine data validation to maintain accuracy in inventory and transaction records. Support reporting activities, including weekly trackers, shipment summaries, and reconciliation reports. Perform general administrative tasks, such as document filing, record keeping, and internal follow-ups. Assist with other ad hoc duties related to the TJC season or assigned by the department lead. SKILLS & REQUIREMENT Proven organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas and sorting/filtering functions. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable. Familiarity with supply chain operations, logistics workflows, or billing processes is a plus. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Previous administrative or internship experience in a supply chain, logistics, or finance environment is preferred. Fluent in Spanish; proficiency in English is strongly preferred.
