As a Senior Industrialization Lead , you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of manufacturing processes, equipment, tooling, and facilities to ensure product functionality and cost efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Participate in new project RFQs, providing manufacturing plans including investment and headcount estimates. Lead the Engineering Change Management process, including feasibility studies and cost analysis. Support the plant during implementation by providing guidance and technical assistance. Write specifications for production equipment and tooling, select cost-effective suppliers, oversee equipment build process, installation, and final acceptance. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment. At least 5 years in automotive interior systems (door panels, instrument panels, consoles, etc.). Experience working with EV OEMs – Tesla experience is highly preferred .
