Maintenance Lead

Company Description Gerresheimer Querétaro S.A. in Mexico produces primary glass packaging for pharmaceutical use. Type I glass is produced in clear and amber glass. The broad product range includes ampoules, serum vials, screw thread vials, ready-to-fill syringes and cartridges. Job Description In this key leadership role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring machinery runs smoothly through effective preventive and corrective maintenance, leading a team of skilled technicians, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage spare parts and resources, participate in ISO audits, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. We're looking for someone hands-on, results-driven, and committed to operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. 3 to 6 years of experience in a similar position. Strong experience in preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance. Experience in planning and scheduling work orders. Experience in PLCs, automation systems, and machine vision systems. Experience using CMMS/GMAO systems. Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
