Job Posting: Sales Manager - ZWCAD Company Overview: We are a global leader in CAD software solutions, dedicated to providing efficient and innovative design tools for SMEs and professionals. ZWCAD, our flagship product, is widely recognized for its superior performance and user experience. Due to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team! Position Summary: As the Sales Manager for ZWCAD , you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in targeted markets. You will lead a sales team, focus on SME clients, and ensure sales targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies for ZWCAD product line. Identify, acquire, and nurture SME clients to build long-term partnerships. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets. Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to streamline sales processes. Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and support product/marketing improvements. Report sales metrics regularly and contribute to regional sales planning. Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the CAD software industry , with a proven track record. Experience in sales team management , including coaching and performance monitoring. Strong expertise in SME sales strategies and customer acquisition. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Fluency in English is a plus (not mandatory). Located in/willing to work in Querétaro, Mexico (hybrid remote/office). We Offer: Base salary: $2,500 USD/month + attractive monthly commissions & annual bonuses .
