Junior Sales Representative

Job Summary EPCPROMAN Mexico (Previously Parascadd Mexico) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Representative to join our team, promoting our innovative project and construction management software solutions. As a new member of our sales team, you'll be building customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Responsibilities • Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, negotiating contracts and pricing terms. • Reporting and Feedback: Provide regular sales progress updates to the Sales representative or direct supervisor, discussing challenges and suggesting improvements. Requirements • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Experience: 1-4 years of sales experience (desired), preferably in the construction or software industry. • Intermediate to Advanced English Language for business Skills: • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Strong customer relationship management and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
