Job Summary ">Administration Specialist We are seeking a skilled professional to manage various administrative tasks and promote the company's brand visibility. Responsibilities: 1. Manage social media posts by assisting colleagues in translating and uploading content on multiple platforms. 2. Organize promotional activities such as trade shows, open days, and seminars to enhance brand awareness. 3. Oversee the management of promotional materials including catalogs and gifts used for promotion. 4. Ensure the organization, filing, archiving, and safekeeping of sales contracts and other marketing documents. 5. Create monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and analyses of various sales performance indicators. 6. Handle orders by initiating the shipping approval process from the subsidiary to end customers, including CRM delivery orders, SAP sales orders, warehouse release notes, and sales transactions. 7. Manage administrative and HR matters including asset procurement and management, expense reimbursement processing, arranging reception work, handling employee-related personnel procedures, and maintaining relevant systems. Requirements: Education: Bachelor degree or higher in Secretory or Project Management. Background: Relative experience of 3-5 years, preferably in the manufacturing industry. Specialized knowledge: Priority given to those with experience in serving the manufacturing industry. Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, proficiency in Office software. Abilities: Ability to work independently.
