Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Key Appointment Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in maximizing capacity and reducing overall dwell time. Main Responsibilities You will act as a manager-on-duty when the supervisor is not present. Train and mentor new hires with a focus on comprehensive onboarding. Serve as a group floater to provide additional support. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and achieve organizational goals. Troubleshoot and resolve service issues efficiently. You will establish and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing effective solutions. Requirements: Experience working in transportation logistics. Knowledge of customer experience and customs regulations.
