HR Administrative Assistant

Job Title We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Administrative Specialist . Location: Acceso Ill 14 Benito Juarez Col, Zona Industrial.76120 Santiago de Queretaro,Oro. Responsibilities: Manage social media platforms by translating and uploading posts in collaboration with headquarters colleagues. Organize promotional activities such as trade shows, open days, and seminars to support sales growth. Develop and maintain catalogs and gifts used for promotional purposes. Oversee the management, organization, filing, archiving, and safekeeping of sales contracts and other marketing documents. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statistical reports and analyses of various sales performance indicators. Handle orders from receipt to delivery, including SAP inventory entry, shipping approval, CRM delivery orders, and sales transactions. Manage administrative and HR matters, including asset procurement, expense reimbursement processing, reception work, employee-related personnel procedures, and system maintenance. Assist with general HR affairs, including HR process follow-up, attendance management, payroll, and performance management. Requirements Education: Major: Secretary or Project Management. Bachelor degree or higher required. Background: Relative experience of 3-5 years. Specialized Knowledge: Priority given to those with experience in serving the manufacturing industry.
