Sustainable Architecture and Design Specialist

Build a sustainable and innovative future with us as an Architectural and Design Specialist. Serving as a product expert, you will support the sales team by collaborating with fabricators, account managers, marketing managers, and the VP of the division to drive project execution and strategy. Develop and execute account strategies to enhance customer experience, meet sales targets, and exceed expectations. Lead weekly A&D visits, conduct monthly product knowledge classes, and promote lunch and learn lessons. Maintain accurate data and forecasts through effective project management and coordination with design firms. Collaborate with A&D firms to facilitate client visits, improve product selection criteria, and respond to technical questions. Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent level of experience. Five or more years of successful contract selling experience in the A&D community. Proven ability to network and build relationships with key influencers and local organizations. Experience in the Windows and Doors industry is preferred. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to travel and work remotely. We are looking for professionals based in Guadalajara, Querétaro, or Mexico City who are open to traveling as part of their role.
