Job Title: Customer Support Associate We are seeking a professional and communicative individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide solutions to customer complaints and issues. Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve customer concerns. Enter data accurately and efficiently on multiple platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., communications, business). Advanced English language proficiency. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role. Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
