Finance Leader - Mexico BSC

About the Role We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our new Business Services Center in Mexico. This pivotal role will set the foundation for establishing the Mexican BSC, spearheading talent acquisition, transitioning global processes, and delivering top-tier finance operations. Lead HR initiatives, foster a culture of operational excellence, and implement people development strategies. Plan and execute BSC launch, manage function transitions, and standardize processes. Deliver high-quality shared services, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency through automation. Collaborate with auditors to maintain a robust risk framework and ensure regulatory compliance. Supervise site operations, vendor relationships, and business continuity planning. Engage with finance and business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in finance or shared services, with 3+ years in leadership. They should possess: Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related fields; Master's preferred. Solid understanding of financial controls and GAAP. Exceptional interpersonal skills, bilingual in English and Spanish.
