Job Description An operations expert is required to enhance business processes and drive decision-making through data analysis. The role involves working closely with various departments to identify areas for improvement, analyze complex datasets, and implement innovative solutions. Responsibilities: Data Analysis : Collect, clean, and analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Process Improvement : Evaluate existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions to streamline workflows and reduce costs. Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting : Create clear and concise reports, visualizations, and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving : Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges and propose innovative solutions. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement process changes. Project Management : Manage projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Automation : Explore opportunities to automate manual tasks and leverage technology to improve efficiency. Requirements Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables Proficiency in Excel (int- advanced) Experience in data analysis English B2 Willingness to work a flexible schedule
