Business Project Manager

The Business Project Manager will lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. Partnering closely with the Digital & IT Project Manager, Manufacturing Project Manager, and business leaders across all functions (Epta's "two in a box" approach), this role focuses on driving business-related projects such as process improvements, organizational transformations, strategic rollouts, and capability-building initiatives. We seek an experienced and motivated professional to manage complex industrial projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires close collaboration with operational teams, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in partnership with business stakeholders. Plan, execute, and oversee project activities, including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk management. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, ensuring alignment and accountability. Monitor progress, proactively addressing potential risks, issues, or delays. Support change management initiatives to ensure successful adoption of project outcomes. Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial forecasts are met. Oversee M&A integration projects where applicable. Coordinate internal teams and external partners, including suppliers and contractors, throughout all project phases. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, compliance, and company standards. Prepare and present progress reports, status updates, and technical documentation. Requirements Education: Degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management, with at least 3–5 years in industrial/manufacturing projects within multinational environments. Proven track record with SAP implementation projects. Familiarity with STEM-related industries. M&A integration experience (preferred). Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, O365) for critical path definition, resource allocation, and budgeting. Knowledge of PMI principles (certification preferred); understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Product Management methodologies. Strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure. Other Requirements: Fluent in English.
