Global Logistics Coordinator Job Description This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with high import/export potential, while also managing existing client relationships to drive growth and retention. The ideal candidate will have strong closing skills, a persuasive approach, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, conducting regular meetings with clients and prospects, and preparing customized commercial proposals. They will also be required to lead negotiations and close deals with decision-makers, achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, and coordinate with operational teams to ensure smooth service implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within Freight Forwarding (proven track record required). Solid knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Road Freight. Sales profile: Strong closing skills, persuasive, and goal-oriented. Sales style: Primarily hunter (80%), consultative, with strong field presence. Language: Intermediate to Advanced English (B1 - B2), both written and spoken. Mobility: Own vehicle required and availability to visit clients. Digital skills: Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and presentation platforms (Zoom, Teams). Education: Degree in International Trade, Business, Logistics, or related field preferred.
