Senior Production Manager The ideal candidate will oversee the safe and efficient manufacturing of products, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and according to quality standards. They will troubleshoot issues, align resources, monitor schedules, and adjust workflows to meet production targets and optimize output. Ensure all products meet company and industry standards, working closely with quality teams to address any deviations. Required Skills and Qualifications: Advanced English language proficiency. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in manufacturing or production. Experience in production planning, resource allocation, and team management. Knowledge in Lean Manufacturing and EHS. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Why Work for Us?
