New Production Line Specialist

New Production Line Specialist We are seeking a highly skilled New Production Line Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for specifying, validating, installing, and achieving targets in new production lines. Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation of new projects, transfers, and changes requested by customers. Monitor project status, potential risks, and generate alternative solutions. Implement Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Backend engineering changes. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and update Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA), flow charts, process procedures, work instructions, and visual aids. Validate and approve necessary tools for each process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in mechatronics, electronics, or mechanical engineering. 5+ years experience in automotive electronic companies in similar roles. Advanced English level. Strong experience in selective welding machines. Conformal coating processes knowledge. SMT process knowledge. Project Management. Engineering changes. Customer claim follow-up.
