As a Relations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities • Coaching and developing team members to achieve agreed upon service levels. • Ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times. • Managing key projects from start to finish. • Acting as second point of escalation for complex stakeholder issues. • Managing formal case cycles and coordinating case management processes. • Coordinating and delivering training and development to People Managers. • Ensuring a positive experience for all employees and People Managers. • Ensuring Tier 0 information is up to date, relevant and accessible.
