Job Overview We are seeking a talented sales professional to join our team as a Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and supporting the partnership between Filorga and doctors in an assigned territory or geography to deliver net sales, distribution volume, and market share targets. Key Responsibilities: Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key contacts (e.g., doctors, buyers, store managers) and provide customers with objective analysis of their business to ensure they carry an appropriate portfolio of Filorga products. Understand customer needs and develop business solutions to meet Filorga and customer requirements. Conduct regular business reviews and follow-up on sales activity, new products, customer service, receivables, and claims. Interpret sales reports to identify problems and new opportunities for Filorga and the customer(s). Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement customer plans to increase sales volume, distribution, and market share. Work with logistics to plan, analyze, and forecast customer needs, ensure on-time delivery, and prioritize customer requirements when product is unavailable. Provide customer and shopper insights to drive growth opportunities. Supervise activity at clinic level and communicate competitive information impacting sales results to management. Ensure in-store promotions and activities are in compliance with plans and optimally performed. Provide effective coverage and visit assigned stores/customers with required frequency. Monitor KPIs and take action to improve performance.
