Equipment Maintenance Specialist This role involves ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of equipment by resolving issues promptly. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating repairs, managing vendor relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist drivers with vehicle repairs, tire changes, and fuel advances as needed. Provide timely follow-up to ensure problems are resolved efficiently. Maintain communication with drivers and vendors to facilitate quick repairs. Locate nearest vendors to minimize wait times and costs. Quickly resolve tire and equipment issues to ensure quality and safety. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Automotive and/or diesel mechanic knowledge is an asset. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite. Additional Information: This position requires advanced English proficiency. The salary for this role is $16,024 MXN per month. The available shifts for this position are Sunday to Tuesday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM; Wednesday, 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and Thursday to Saturday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM; Wednesday, 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM.
