You're looking for a career that matters. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our sales efforts in Mexico. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, prepare customer quotations, and manage CRM entries. Key Responsibilities: Research and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach and inbound lead management Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, RFQs, and proposals in collaboration with the sales and engineering teams Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate records of interactions, and track sales pipeline activities Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction Support new customers with order follow-up and project coordination Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business or marketing 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, administration, marketing, preferably in the automotive industry Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Benefits: Foster a collaborative work environment with diverse perspectives and expertise Develop your professional skills through continuous learning and growth opportunities Pursue a challenging role with significant responsibilities and impact on business outcomes Others: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) Ability to multitask and work cross-functionally with remote teams Desired Skills: Gather market intelligence and competitor information to support business development strategy Assist in lead generation campaigns, outreach activities, and initial discovery calls or email communications
