Job Responsibilities: Monitor existing business and develop new business with existing customers Prospection of new customers for the assigned business units: automotive, heating & plumbing, and industrial. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales and projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. Implements sales strategies by developing sales action plans. Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Oversee and coordinate sales operations, maintaining consistent communication with the General Manager at the Mexico manufacturing location and with corporate headquarters. Qualifications/Skills: Strong communication skills Preference on technical background; if not, commercial background, but with some industry experience, Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress Analyzing sales data Management and leadership skills Must have at least 5 years of experience in the rubber industry. Experience selling TPE, elastomers, silicones, compression molded rubber, extruded rubber and / or injection molding or rubber is required. Please send an English version of your resume.
