Architectural Sales Specialist

As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of business strategies to expand our market presence in the architectural and design (A&D) community. Your primary objective will be to identify key opportunities and forge strong relationships with A&D firms, driving product adoption and revenue growth. To achieve this, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging your expertise and influencing the selection criteria for products within the A&D space. Some of your key responsibilities will include maintaining an active pipeline of opportunities, conducting regular product knowledge sessions, and collaborating with A&D firms on client visits to enhance customer experiences. You will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, while fostering a culture of innovation and sustainability within our organization. Develop and execute business strategies to drive market expansion in the A&D community. Maintain a robust opportunity pipeline through regular engagement with A&D firms and stakeholders. to educate A&D professionals about our solutions. Collaborate with A&D firms on client visits to improve customer satisfaction. Meet and exceed sales targets , contributing to the growth and success of our organization. To succeed in this role, you will require a unique blend of skills and qualifications, including: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university , or equivalent level of experience. Five or more years of successful contract/material selling experience in the A&D community. Proven ability to network and build relationships with key A&D influencers and local organizations. Experience in the Windows and Doors industry is preferred but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
