Business Development Professional We are looking for a driven and strategic Business Development Professional to join our BOP Payroll division. Our team specializes in professional payroll management services, and we need someone who can identify new business opportunities, follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts, and lead prospects through the entire sales cycle until project implementation. This person will play a key role in generating new opportunities, converting leads into clients, and working closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful project launch. Main Responsibilities: Generate and follow up on sales leads by actively prospecting new clients through cold calling, client visits, networking, and marketing strategies. Follow up on digital leads to convert them into long-term clients. Conduct client meetings by presenting our payroll service in a consultative and solution-oriented manner, identifying business needs, and offering tailored proposals. Prepare proposals and close deals by developing commercial proposals, leading negotiations, and ensuring a successful close that supports long-term business relationships. Coordinate new project launches by working hand-in-hand with operations, project management, and continuous improvement teams to ensure seamless project implementation. Collaborate with the marketing team by providing feedback and aligning on materials, messaging, and lead generation strategies to support business goals. Track performance and report results by monitoring sales KPIs, lead conversion rates, revenue projections, and preparing regular performance reports. Represent the division at strategic events by attending forums, business events, and meetings to position BOP Payroll as a trusted and experienced payroll services provider. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Relations or a related field Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development Experience selling services (preferably payroll, HR, or business solutions) Familiarity with payroll processes is a plus Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems Strong communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and a collaborative approach Your Profile: Are you a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills?
