The ideal candidate will be able to effectively coordinate meetings and other office events. They should be comfortable answering inbound phone calls, distributing mail to employees and handling outgoing mail. They should also possess a friendly demeanor so they can effectively interact with office visitors and interview candidates. Responsibilities Oversee the daily office operations, ensuring efficiency, organization, and functionality. Manage vendors and office services (maintenance, cleaning, supplies, courier services, etc.). Coordinate meetings, internal events, and visitor logistics. Handle office budget, purchasing, and inventory control. Provide administrative and operational support across departments. Ensure compliance with internal policies and administrative procedures. Act as the main point of contact for employees regarding office-related matters. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2–3 years of experience in similar roles (Office Manager, Administration, Facilities, or related positions). Experience in corporate or fast-paced environments. Intermediate to advanced English level. Analytical mindset with strong decision-making skills Experience managing vendors and budgets. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
