HR Generalist

An international organization is seeking an HR Generalist with a strong focus on employee relations to support its HR operations. This role is ideal for a professional experienced in managing sensitive workforce matters and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. The selected candidate will play a key role in handling employee lifecycle processes, with particular emphasis on terminations, disciplinary actions, and employee relations cases. This position will work closely with leadership, providing guidance and ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant HR practices. Key Responsibilities: Manage employee lifecycle processes with a focus on terminations, offboarding, and internal changes Support and execute disciplinary processes and employee relations cases Ensure proper documentation and compliance with labor regulations and internal policies Advise managers on employee relations matters and best practices Maintain accurate employee records and support HR administrative processes Act as a point of contact for sensitive HR matters, ensuring professionalism and confidentiality Profile: Proven experience in HR, with strong exposure to employee relations and terminations Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance practices High level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities Comfortable working with HR systems and digital tools Advanced English proficiency (required) Proactive, solution-oriented mindset This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, contributing to a structured and compliant HR operation.
