About Immunocine Immunocine is a rapidly growing company at the forefront of cancer immunotherapy innovation, developing cutting-edge cancer treatments that harness the power of the immune system. Our specialty lies in our proprietary autologous Dendritic Cell platform technology, utilizing synergistic modalities, and offering patients compassion, transparency, and valid hope. The Role We're seeking a licensed Medical Oncologist with a strong interest and background in immuno-oncology to join our team. As a Medical Oncologist at Immunocine, you'll oversee patient treatment plans incorporating our autologous Dendritic Cell therapy alongside conventional treatments including chemotherapy / checkpoint inhibitors and adjunctive treatments. We also look for additional options to enhance immune responses and continue to explore improvements. Continual learning, and abilities to effectively communicate with patients is a must. Key Responsibilities Review prospect medical records and scans to approve suitable candidates for this immunotherapy program Evaluate and treat cancer patients using our autologous Dendritic Cell platform possibly in conjunction with conventional therapies Prescribe and manage chemotherapy, checkpoint inhibitors, and other therapeutic agents Interpret clinical responses to immunotherapy and adapt treatment strategies accordingly Analyze immune system markers and correlate with treatment outcomes Collaborate with our research team to improve our Dendritic Cell platform based on clinical observations Participate in research initiatives Flexibility to deal with cancer patients and treatment schedules as they may change based on the ever-evolving reality of cancer Maintain detailed patient records and treatment outcomes Qualifications MD with specialty certification in Medical Oncology Active medical license with authorization to prescribe chemotherapy and other cancer therapeutics Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in oncology Experience or strong interest in cancer immunotherapy, particularly Dendritic Cell-based approaches Understanding of tumor immunology and immunotherapy response patterns Excellent patient communication skills Willingness to relocate to Cancun, Mexico (if not already based locally) Professional fluency in English An ability to get along with different, collaborative personalities What We Offer Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package Bonus structure Modern clinical facilities with advanced treatment capabilities Opportunity to be at the forefront of cancer immunotherapy Work-life balance in one of the world's most beautiful coastal destinations Collaborative environment between clinical and research teams The chance to be a leader and help shape the program as we move into the future
