Director of Sales & Marketing | Park Hyatt Riviera Maya We are seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for Park Hyatt Riviera Maya an upcoming ultra-luxury resort positioned to become a benchmark destination in the region. This role requires a strategic and commercially driven leader with a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, capable of positioning the property across key international markets (U.S., Mexico, and LATAM), driving a refined segment mix, and elevating brand presence within the global luxury landscape. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute the overall commercial strategy aligned with Park Hyatt brand positioning Lead Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams to drive top-line performance and long-term value Develop and strengthen relationships with key accounts, luxury consortia, and strategic partners Optimize distribution channels and segment mix to maximize ADR and profitability Collaborate closely with Operations and Revenue Management to ensure alignment between commercial strategy and guest experience Ideal Profile: Proven experience in a senior commercial role within luxury or ultra-luxury hospitality Strong exposure to international markets and high-end segments (leisure, consortia, groups) Demonstrated success in revenue generation, positioning, and demand creation for luxury properties Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into measurable results Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to inspire high-performing teams Fluent English required This is a unique opportunity to be part of a flagship luxury project with strong international visibility and long-term growth potential.
