Job Summary Work to achieve challenging objectives in complex environments and under time constraints. Support timely and accurate analysis of financial results. Support on Consolidate on Mexico Division portion status and forecast/plans, CI saving implementation , Finance Risk&Ops follow up , BOM and Labor routes Audit along MX sites , Profitability and Mix impact per platform AnalysisResponsibilitiesConsolidate Mexico Division current status and check accuracy. Discuss and present final reviews with Mexico Finance leadership. Timely (program) reporting of all key financial information for respective business unit or reporting unit. Continuously improve financial reporting systems and ensure that supporting systems are implemented and maintained at Division level for Material , Labor level React timely on any requests from Profitability analysis Secure Hyperion validation accounts are properly reviewed. Use month-end interiors A/R aging report that is distributed by the director of finance to prioritize and understand past due issues. Identify and communicate pricing issues at a program and part number level for self-bill customers. Utilize central commercial finance to provide reports which show price discrepancies/quantity discrepancies at the part number level by customer. Drive for month end closure of pricing retros and linking errors. Escalate to interiors general accounting manager as needed. Identify and communicate customer debits along Mexico Division (Quality, warranty, quantity, etc.) to the plant controllers. This A/R is known as AG DUMMY or company code A/R. Drive for month end closure of debits/credits that are a company code level. Use business warehouse reports weekly or as needed to identify customer debits/credits. Support A/R management process improvements to maximize high level reporting categories and improved cash collection/application across the organization. This would entail following the outlines practices; providing feedback for improvement; adjusting the outline practices; accordingly, evaluating process changes for effectiveness. Financial leadership for key projects and initiatives deemed critical to the success of the A/R management for interiors- NA automotive experience business operations as directed by director, finance.QualificationsBachelors degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on financial/controlling especially accounting finance or controlling. 5-&+ years in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive sector. Strong financial analysis and planning background and accuracy, MS-Office, SAP & Hyperion experience. Proficient with multiple computer systems. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) QAD / SAP EPIC/Metrix Ability to communicate technical information to nontechnical audience. Ability to sort and manipulate large amounts of data. High aptitude for problem solving in order to resolve business, financial, customer, and organizational issues. Proven interpersonal and teamwork skills. Must possess highly effective analytical skills in areas of accounting, critical thinking, analysis, and communication.
