Advanced Technical Investigator

We are seeking a skilled Problem Solving Engineer to join our team and contribute to our company's success. This role involves leading cross-functional problem-solving efforts using the Red X methodology to resolve complex technical issues. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of root cause analysis methodologies, statistical tools, and corrective action processes. Your Role: Lead Problem-Solving Efforts : Utilize the Red X methodology to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Technical Mentorship : Serve as a technical mentor and coach in structured problem-solving techniques across the organization. Root Cause Analysis : Facilitate root cause analysis workshops and ensure proper documentation of findings and solutions. Corrective Action Planning : Coordinate corrective action plans and monitor implementation to prevent recurrence. Communication : Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates on investigations and resolution status. Project Management : Manage problem-solving projects from issue identification to final resolution, ensuring timely closure and measurable results. Continuous Improvement : Support continuous improvement initiatives in compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree : In Engineering or a related technical field. Red X Certification : Journeyman or Master level required. Experience : At least 5 years of experience in a similar problem-solving or quality engineering role, preferably in the automotive industry. Language Skills : Bilingual: Spanish and conversational English communication skills required.
