Senior Production Strategist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Production Planner to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing production plans that meet our business objectives. About the Role: Develop and implement production plans to maximize efficiency and minimize costs Work closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials Analyze production line capacities and make recommendations for capacity increases Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory issues and material shortages Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field 5-8 years of experience in production planning or a related field Critical competencies: Customer Focus, Interpersonal Savvy, being resilient, Values differences, Cultivates innovation Internal SAP certification or knowledge of electronic MRP system; SAP preferably Experience in activities on the production floor Bilingual English – Spanish Knowledge of Quality System concepts and EHS Management System What We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development A competitive salary and benefits package How to Apply: Please submit your resume and cover letter to us.
